| Engagement type | Typical scope | Indicative structure |
|---|---|---|
| Discovery & IPS | Mandate document, initial allocation | Fixed project fee |
| Ongoing advisory | Quarterly reporting & reviews | Annual retainer |
| Event-driven | Liquidity event, inheritance, sale | Quoted per event |

Proposal and onboarding questions
What happens after I submit the form?
We review your entity type, asset band, and stated objectives. Within 3–5 business days we may contact you to clarify facts; a written proposal usually follows within ten business days if both sides wish to proceed.
Is the proposal binding?
No. The proposal describes indicative scope and fees. Work begins after you accept in writing and onboarding steps (KYC, data gathering) are completed.
Why do you ask for an asset band?
Complexity, reporting effort, and number of entities scale with portfolio size. Bands help us quote accurately without requesting sensitive account numbers on this form.
What should I not send?
Account passwords, full account numbers, or identity documents unless we request them through secure onboarding channels described in your proposal.
